PDCA
We have recently come back from our annual PDCA (painting and decorating contractors of America) meeting and have learnt many different techniques; and some new customer service ideas. Every year we go to the annual meeting because no matter what business you are in there is always more to learn, and we have learnt a lot. Some things to look forward to are our new uniforms and our great new customer surveys. We continue to train our employees with the C.O.P.S standards and PDCA continued education programs. We are even looking into the Quality Paint Institute for some extra training in craftsmanship and extraordinary customer service. All of us at White Knight Painting are looking forward to making our amazing company even better.
