• Complete knowledge of paint chemistry (vehicle, binder, pigment… etc.)
• Good knowledge of estimating, and good trade math understanding
• Complete knowledge on how to lay out a job:
  • material requirements
  • labour requirements
  • scheduling requirements
  • equipment requirements
• Ability to train others on all the basic painting skills
• Advanced job scheduling & construction process

Required Skills:
